Setting an Agenda: The Role of Community-Engaged Scholarship and Practice in Liberal Arts Colleges

The Great Lakes Colleges Association (www.glca.org) recently organized a convening of the Opening Doors Dialogue Program, Mellon Foundation funded initiative. focus that was on bringing together campus and community leaders across GLCA engaged in committed to community-engaged partnerships their respective communities. Lessons learned, as well associated opportunities challenges, were shared. As scholar-practitioners, our role help identify common themes trends conversations, set an agenda about liberal arts colleges. this manuscript is those setting considerations.
